Gorgeous horses and a national cultural monument in one.
The Písek Provincial Stud Farm is one of the few objects that is the National Cultural Monument and also still serves its original purpose.
The stud farm is engaged in breeding horses and cultivating of the breeds, especially Czech warmblood. The stud farm trains young stallions, which are then sold or remain in the stud farm. Tours of the whole complex are possible by appointment. In addition, the stud farm organizes various horse shows and parades for the public.
