Museum Night in the South Bohemian Museum

Invitation to a popular event for the whole family.

The Museum of South Bohemia holds another year of Museum Night, which takes place on 24 May. The event starts at 17:00 in the main building of the South Bohemian Museum. Free entry. 

The opening ceremony will take place in front of the main entrance of the building. BIKE TRIAL SHOW will be introduced after the initial welcome. Games will be ready for children at all times.

Additional program will be held in the museum interiors. There will be the most beautiful board games, puzzles, and creative workshops available for children, craft demonstrations and also the theater performance called Treperenda.

Things that should not be missed are the LEGO World of Cubes exhibition and the J. Steinbrenner exhibition - the story of Vimperk's letterpress with a guided tour. Other museum exhibitions, the permanent exhibition The Story of the City of České Budějovice, Craft and Trades, and Minting in České Budějovice will also be available.

One of the evening's highlights will be the performance of the famous magician Radek Bakalář, which will take place on the first floor of the museum.

The main highlight of the evening will be the performance of the folk group Lakomá Barka at KD Slavia.
